Minerva is acting as a Luxembourg country expert for the project, "Role and Impact of Professional and Scientific Societies in ICT Research, Education and Innovation," for the Eurpean Commission, Directorate General for Information Society and Media.

Minerva has been accepted as a member of the ERA-Watch Network, an association of leading European research organisations. The Network supports the European Commission and, in particular, the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) in monitoring policy developments and trends relating to the European Research Area (ERA).
